isochronic tones are repetitive tones that entrain the listeners brain to the frequency of the tone. This allows a brain wave states to be changed as the isochronic program changes.
The app also allows white, pink and brownian noise sources along with custom loadable sounds that can be looped in the background. This can be used to help with sleep or meditation or just to cut out noise when working.

Isochronic tones are thought to be better for brainwave entrainment than binaural beats, however even though there is no requirement to wear headphones, you will have a better experience if you do so!

Background sounds can be loaded (if they exist on your device) and will be looped until the end of the program. White, pink or brown noise is also supported as a background noise instead. The volume of the background noise as well as the foreground isochronic tone can be adjusted.
The frequency of the isochronic tone can be adjusted also (it is generally set depending on what program is selected)

Various programs can be selected which may help with meditation , sleep , tinnitus relief and more.

Try meditating or relaxing by combining programs and back ground noise types for different effects.
