The Intendancy of Canelones makes mobile applications available to citizens to facilitate the management of services to the citizens of the department.

It has three services: Environmental Complaints, Lighting Claims and Tourism.

Environmental Complaint - Allows the complete management of Environmental Complaints. In this way you can report complaints, indicating a type and location on the map. Then the application allows follow-up informing of each stage that is fulfilling the claim within the Intendance. In addition a map will allow the visualization of the denunciations with different colors according to the state of each one.

Lighting - Allows reporting incidents in the public lighting network of the department of Canelones. The focus must be located on which it is desired to report the incident, it can be easily located if the citizen, who is making the claim, is close to said focus; otherwise the focus will have to be located through the Municipality and the Locality. In case the focus is shown in red, it indicates that the incident is already reported.
To report the incident, enter the focus and complete the requested information.

Tourism - Through this application you can directly access the Tourism application, which allows consulting various services and events scheduled in the department.
