The project is aimed at the participation of the local administration, centers d'ensenyament, empreses i emprenedors, comerços i qualsevol altra organització. The participants form a part of a communitarian society oriented to highlight the cultural, associatiu, educatiu, commercial and touristic potential of a zone of the city and to promote social action to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants.
