The My Opinion app is an application for measuring client satisfaction at various levels. Questions can be supported with sound, photos, icons and videos. The client-friendly design makes filling in fun and easy. As a result, the questionnaire can be filled in frequently without overburdening clients. How is My Opinion filled?
 
The starting point is that Mijn Mening can be filled in independently by the client. The client can request support from a supervisor or someone from his or her network. Working together in dialogue can help clarify the client's support needs.

Process the results with the client or his representative
 
After completion, the client (representative) and the supervisor view the results together. Thanks to the visualized result screen, the client (representative) and supervisor can see at a glance where there is room for improvement. The client (representative) can indicate priorities himself when drawing up action points. The actions to be performed are determined and described in the care plan by the client (representative) and the supervisor. Both parties can be the executor of the improvement actions. The filling in of My Opinion is carried out in preparation for the care plan review. The results (and suggested improvement actions) are then the subject of discussion during the (care plan) discussion.
