This app is a daily checklist that helps to calm down.

OCD is an anxiety disorder characterized by unwanted thoughts and repetitive behaviors. If you have this condition, you recognize that obsessive thoughts are irrational—but you feel unable to resist them and break free.

The condition causes the brain to stuck on a particular thought. For example, you may check the stove 10 times, to make sure it’s turned off, or wash your hands until they’re scrubbed raw. This app is intended to provide OCD treatment for things like that.

Peer support brings together people who’ve had similar experiences to give OCD help to each other. It can offer many benefits, such as:

- feeling accepted
- helping you feel less isolated
- give you a safe space to talk
- finding out new information and places to get OCD help
challenging stigma and discrimination

Summing up — learn to relax.

And if you have friends that might need OCD help too, feel free to tell them about this.
