Initiative by Dr. Atul Gupta & Bhaskar Singh to control dengue in Delhi. This app is free for everyone who wants to be a part of this campaign.

Dengue fever is prevalent epidemic in Delhi and India for quite a few years now. It is caused by mosquito biting. Dengue mosquitos generally bite during daytime.

We are trying to check the breeding places of the mosquitos. If mosquito breeding sites are checked, automatically we will be able to reduce the incidence of Dengue. The common mosquito breeding sites are:

Inside the House:

Water Cooler
Flower Pot
Overhead Tanks
Water Filled Buckets/Containers
Water Collection in the balcony from air conditioners
Common Shaft areas of each house
Pump area of the house

Outside the House:

Uncovered Drains
Water filled tyres & tubes
Garbage Deposit areas
Back drain of house

Parks | Underconstruction Sites:

Water Collection in the corner
Water Collection in tyres and tubes
Flower Pots
Potholes in the Park
Dustbins

This application will do a susceptibility check of a household, park or under constructional sites to Dengue. We urge you to join hands with us in this initiative and reduce incidence of Dengue in Delhi. Please share your thoughts to make it more effective.

Thanks,

Dr. Atul Gupta
