Welcome to the Best Detour Netherlands. The omfietsroute about Burgerspad in Almere is enriched with augmented reality. With this app you can experience the reality around you in a different way. By using your smartphone to look around more your characters on your path. Click on the silhouettes to see who hides behind the dark apparitions. Perhaps it's an unknown, perhaps known or perhaps you it myself. Because Almere residents are invited on Saturday, October 31st, 2015 to be immortalized as augmented reality appearance on the route. From this moment the pressure Burgerspad populated with virtual characters and curious who like best to make a detour to experience the improved detour with my own eyes.
 
The work on the A6 are some small tunnels close to Kromslootpark. The coming winter route on the Burgerspad is the way to Port coming to port (and vice versa). This detour is expected to last until June 2016. Together with residents, students Arte, the church builder SAAONE Rijkswaterstaat and we made the best of Detour Netherlands. Example, there is additional lighting has been installed and is pruned for better viewing. Earlier students of the Arte College designed the signage along the Detour. As of October 31, 2015 the route is enriched with augmented reality and we hope it stays busy on the detour.
