Our Vision and Plan

We are currently meeting in an old storefront on River Street. We have plans to expand to downtown and plant more churches throughout our region. We also plan to provide social services to our community and support social justice.

Our Beliefs

We are followers of Jesus, a Christian church in the Evangelical tradition that looks to the teachings of the Bible as our source for truth. We interpret the Bible using exegetical methods that places priority with what the author's message was to the original audience, as well as using scripture to interpret scripture.

Our Affiliation

We are currently a nondenominational church, but we have plans to partner with an organization after we grow and find the right one. To summarize our approach to doctrine: our distinctive is not to be distinctive. We believe in the main tenants of the Christian faith, and we teach on both sides of the minor doctrinal issues that have historically divided the church.

Can You Officiate My Wedding/Can We Get Married at Your Church?

No. As an unaffiliated and nondenominational church, our Pastor isn't licensed to perform weddings. And no to hosting weddings at our church. Our building isn't suitable to use as a wedding chapel.

Do You Offer Anything for Children?

You are welcome to bring your children to our Sunday morning fellowship. However, do to the fact that we do not regularly have kids in attendance, we ask that, if you're able to, to please contact us before you attend so that we can take extra precautions to care for them.

Do You Offer Communion?

Yes, we memorialize the blood and body of Christ with drink and bread when we gather. All who identify with Jesus' sacrifice are welcome to partake. Currently, communion is offered on select Sunday mornings when it ties into the topic of the lesson.
