This application applies the 'Gauss-Jacques algorithm' to obtain the modular inverse of a matrix. This algorithm does not use neither determinants nor the adjoint matrix and is very useful for matrices of any size.

The user can input the modulo and the size of the matrix for any of the two options. In the first option, the user input manually all the values of the n x n matrix according to the size, and in the second option, the application generates automatically a modular invertible matrix according to the size and the modulo.

This application also shows the x-values and the complementary q-values found for each pivot, and the changes made.

The application also calculates the modular inverse of the modular inverse, which is equal to the original matrix.

This tool can be use for educational, science and technological purposes.

Modular inverse matrices can be applied in different research areas.
