In this post, I am going to show you how to install Water Monitor by ApnaComplex on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Water Monitor by ApnaComplex using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Water Monitor by ApnaComplex" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Water Monitor App is a companion app for Apartment Management Software ApnaComplex.com .

Water Monitor allows the security in a Property (Apartment or Co-operative Housing Society or RWAs or Commercial complexes) to track the delivery of water through water tankers. The security can take photos of the tanker which are automatically timestamped by the application. This ensures that water tanker delivery actually takes place.

Water Monitor supports multiple water vendors which can be setup with different water tanker capacities and rates. Each tanker trip can be recorded by the Apartment Security using the Water Monitor App.

This data is automatically uploaded into the ApnaComplex cloud platform. The Property Management office can track which of the water tanker delivery is billed / not billed and also record the bill number in which a specific water taker delivery is accounted. This prevents the duplicate billing of the same water tanker in the Property and thus saves efforts and more importantly money.

The Water Monitor App even works in an offline mode and pushes data to the cloud when it gets an internet connectivity.
