Deek is a unique app which compiles recovery resources in the North East. All content is generated by people with lived experience of addiction, either as a service user or carer. For details of how to contribute to the app, please visit www.deek.community

Deek was developed by members of the recovery community in the North East of England in partnership with Newcastle University Open Lab. We recognise that there are a whole range of assets which support recovery journeys including treatment agencies but also a whole host of community based projects, clubs and groups.
Once you have registered, you will be able to suggest to other people what is available in your community to support recovery. What has worked for you may be of immense help to someone else. As the community shares more posts, the app will present an increasingly full picture of the resources in your area.
