In this post, I am going to show you how to install Name Tag Builder on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Name Tag Builder using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

Name Tag Builder allows you to use Smart Card as a rewritable tag. Enter your name and company name, and take photos with the camera of your device.


Required environment:

* Android OS 4.0 or later
* NFC-enabled or Osaifu Keitai-enabled terminal (Mobile Wallet)
* marblePORT version 1.3 (Smart Tag communication app) can be installed for free by downloading from Google Play.
* Smart Card SC1029L / ST1020 / ST1027 (product of AIOI Systems Co. Ltd.)


Items that show on Smart Card:

* Type (STAFF, GUEST, etc.)
* Company name
* Name
* Picture (optional)
* Date and time created


How to use:

* Create a tag

(1) Select a display size.

(2) Enter “Type” or select from the list.

(3) Enter “Company name” and “Name”.
Click on the camera icon to take a picture. Make sure the face is inside the frame. Touch the screen to take a picture.

(4) Lastly, when the “Create name tag” button is pressed, “Touch your SMART-TAG” screen appears for scanning. Then touch Smart Card with the terminal. When completed, “Done” will be displayed.

* Delete a tag

(1) Press the “Clear Tag” button, then the “Touch your SMART-TAG” screen will be displayed. Next, touch Smart Card with the terminal. When “Done” is displayed, release. If you want to clear other Smart Card, touch one after another, and they will be cleared.

(2) Lastly, when you either touch the return button of the terminal or an arrow on the left corner of the screen, you return to the original screen.

* Register and delete “Type”

You can register the “Type” by pressing the menu button of the terminal and selecting the “Register type” menu.
You can delete the type that has been registered by selecting “Remove type”.


Other:

* If the name or company name does not fit in the space, remove the check mark by “Image”. The picture will not be displayed and there will be more space.

* If you check “Simple layout” to create a tag, the layout will only be the name and company name. An enlarged name will be displayed.

* Enable to switch from optional menu to the camera you want if multiple cameras are provided.
