If you have a desire to find out how much a customs clearance of a car will cost at a European registration under law No. 8487 (not yet entered into force) with regard to recent edits, then you can do this with the help of a calculator for calculating the cost of customs clearance "Eurobleas".
To the estimated value of the car you need to add a duty (its size is from 0 to 10%, depending on the country of origin of the car), further define the excise tax, then add 20% VAT to the amount (car cost) + (duty) + (excise tax).
