In this post, I am going to show you how to install Wireless CapTel® by Sprint® on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Wireless CapTel® by Sprint® using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Wireless CapTel® by Sprint®" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Wireless CapTel® by Sprint® is an app available for individuals with hearing loss and understandable speech to place calls CapTel services on Android™ powered devices running OS 2.3 or higher (also compatible with select Android 2.2 devices). Using state of the art voice recognition technology, CapTel delivers captions of everything your caller says, while you listen (with your residual hearing) and speak directly to your caller.
App features include: integrated contact list, call history, font size/color modifications and built in voicemail.
This app requires a network connection with high enough bandwidth and low enough latency to reliably process a voice-over-IP call. It is highly recommended that use of this app be done in conjunction with connection through a 4G or WiFi network. Attempting to use a 3G connection is not recommended.
Available only in USA and US territories. International calls will either be blocked or terminated.

Although Wireless CapTel by Sprint can be used for emergency calling, such emergency calling may not function the same as traditional 911/E911 services.
