Light Bila is an easy to use app for Sri Lankans who want to keep track of their electricity usage in a month. The app calculates the approximate amount you will have to pay at the end of the month based on your electricity consumption. The calculation is done using the official rates and standards published by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB). Using this app, you will be able to budget for the electricity bill in the coming month and cut down on unnecessary consumption. The app will help you go green!

Note: the approximate bill calculation is done for a 31 day calendar month. The actual bill could be slightly more or less depending on the billing period. The app is meant to be used to check your electricity consumption. It is not designed to verify the CEB bill.
V7.0 - The calculations have been updated to reflect the 25% reduction in electricity tariffs announced in September 2014.
