It means you will have to refresh your report if downtime is extended or it will be totally forgotten after 1 hour. Please note that informations are provided by the community and may not be exact at all time. This application is made to allow players to get a quick way to know if other players have problems too, it will not ping or check any Pokémon Go server for status.
