In this post, I am going to show you how to install T&F Recorder on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install T&F Recorder using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "T&F Recorder" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

T&F (Track & Field) Recorder is a simple app for recording and controlling track and field
workouts / competitions.

Your old trainer / athlete agenda is now on your smartphone but with many more features!

Do you have a group of athletes to train? Are you an athlete coach of yourself? In any case, you must record your workouts in order to control, monitor your progress over time and the intensity with which you are doing your current work session.

T & F Recorder allows:

- support the collaboration between coach and athlete allowing to synchronize / exchange data recorded on their app (workouts performed, objective performance ...)

- manage one or more athletes in the same training session

- record the results of running, race walk, throwing and jumping trials, being able to combine videos and comments and with the support of a stopwatch; obviously you can also register and record all the general and specific exercises that you have decided to use in your workouts

- set for each athlete the goal / target performance for the various types of trial and the related modes of execution (run starting from standstill, long jump with n steps, javelin throw with n steps ...)

- immediately compare the result of a workout trial and the goal performance previously set for the individual athlete

- view the charts of the performances obtained in workout and competition sessions and the distribution of the types of drills and trials carried out

- calculate the model for fast run of an athlete (times-frequency for flying runs , for frequent and amplitude runs); the model will also be used to measure the performance of the run trials performed

- review the results of the workouts / competitions at any time by viewing the details or a summary of the trials performed and the related performance data, the personal best obtained etc.
