The Diabetes Diary is an electronic diary for people with diabetes. Instead of carrying pencil and paper all day, you use what is always in your pocket anyway.

The Diabetes Diary records your blood sugar, what you eat and how much you eat. It gives you feedback and suggests what you should do next (calculation of insulin doses etc.).

You can add your own snacks and menus to the (offline) database. The application will try to adjust how much insulin you inject for your added menus, based on your blood sugar measurements.

All your data is stored offline on your phone and thus relatively secure. There is, of course the option to upload an anonymous backup of your data that only you can recover. You should do this, in case you lose your phone, it gets stolen, breaks or in case you buy a new phone.

I am myself a diabetic and I am working alone on the application. I do not do this full time so it may take some time until I can get to work on your suggestions. I am, however, very excited to be able to publish the application finally and I am looking forward to your comments and opinions.

CAMERA: Cameria is needed in order to scan QR codes. The application does not use the camera otherwise.
