CAMERA: Allows you to photograph your credit card (using the library from PayPal)
VIBRATE: Used for a) Notifications and b) By the PayPal library as a confirmation after you photographed your credit card
WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE: Only used to temporarily store a photo you took with your camera (e.g. as job attachment)
ACCESS LOCATION: In order to show you jobbers/jobs nearby, we need to know where you are
