Colombia requires a virtual strategy for channeling different inclusion initiatives, development and peace for reconciliation of Colombians. Mainly from the processes that emerged in the framework of the Program for Development and Peace and the peace laboratories, with the intention of reconstructing memories, transferring lessons learned and contribute to creating conditions for post-conflict and reconciliation Colombians.
 
Currently, under the process of negotiation with the Farc, fear of legitimizing impunity processes tied to the desire to reconstruct the historical memory in Colombia and ensure the long-awaited 'never again' that will generate real conditions reconciliation of Colombians.
 
In this context, historical memory requires not only the reconstruction of victimizing events, but also to have the meeting of communities with their cultural practices, learning from living in rural and urban environments, and the recognition of the existence of initiatives peace in different parts of Colombia.
 
The reconstruction of the "know-how" of communities and disclosure of their strategies to establish dialogue between development agendas and agendas for peace have been a challenge for a country at war.

In this context, the digital journalism provides alternative tools to tell stories and to facilitate identification of milestones and experiences through strategies: content aggregation, data visualization, "hyperlocal" journalism, management of network resources and other trends Citizens located at the reception and content production and the journalist in the role of "healer" during the selection process of building information and stories.
 
The DPS looking to generate these spaces design and put into operation a web platform for the collection and systematization of information in the context of the processes of development, peace and reconciliation. Inclupaz is an interactive microsite that contains: Special reports on regional peace and development projects; life stories, articles and reports of communities; collection of documents, opinion, links to websites and information organizations. Specifically, the experiences of inclusion, development and peace, from the Program for Development and Peace and other peace initiatives in Colombia.
 
Inclupaz is directed mainly to the protagonists of these experiences: civil society, a network of people, communities, churches, private companies, state organizations, and all people who are interested in knowing the strategies that have been developed in different municipalities for development projects and peace in the conflict.
