Which ultimately contributes to the restoration of the consumer’s rights when returning goods.

The application contains a constructor with which you can independently, using the information you know about the seller and the defective product/service, make a claim.

In addition, in the appendix, you will find tips on submitting a claim to the seller, as well as the law on the protection of consumer rights - the latest edition of the Russian Federation (ZoZPP), and the rules for the sale of certain types of goods (RPOVT) - the Russian Federation.
