Ethernet Relay Controller ( Internet of things app ):

This app can control remote devices with SMS, WIFI and Ethernet cable, and allows you to create a small home automation system. It provides consignment and pin number mechanism to verify and identify commands before it pulls and releases the relay channels.

Hardware Device:

For now the android app is compatible with only one device: "LAN Ethernet 2-way Relay Board Delay Switch TCP/UDP Controller Module WEB server"

It can be used, but not limited to control:

Lights
Electric door locks
Door sheds and storage area
Automatic garage door
Home automation devices
Basically anything that can be switched ON/OFF

How it works:

The server app runs on a standard android phone, with a live sim that monitors text messages, If anyone sends a text to the phone with just a valid consignment number or a pin number, the app would open the relay channel ( IP/TCP command / string via WiFi ), and the relay would close automatically after a short period of time, it also supports permanent pull and release. The server android device and the relay must be in the same LAN network, either by WIFI or by, but the client side does not have to be in the same network, because it operates with SMS.

Client side:

if you set a relay as a client side, it will use SMS to communicate with the server side, so please use with caution, whenever you press the ON/OFF button, an SMS will be sent to the server side, it contains: - Command ON/OFF - Pin number for admin authentications - Consignment number for regular clients authentications Client side has no control over the relays that are present in the local LAN network, instead it’s used for remote control, and it only sends an SMS to the server side.

Server side:

Server side is responsible for monitoring SMS and controlling the ethernet relays directly and no SMS is needed, the server side can turn a channel ON/OFF by sending a command via the WIFI or the Ethernet cable, if: ON/OFF Button pressed. Valid SMS is received from the client side.
Allows an application to send SMS messages.
Allows an application to receive SMS messages.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
