The Vaidyo portal is a platform for doctors from various specialities to give their expert opinion on medical queries put forth by patients. A person seeking a second opinion enters the patient’s details in our website with relevant documents like health reports or procedure results, etc. These will be uploaded speciality wise so that the doctor can get comprehensive information about the case. Our back office conducts a pre-check on these records to ensure that they are in a proper format before going to the specialist. Once the opinion is given by the doctor, the final report is mailed to the patient.

The USP of the portal is its ease of installation and use. The doctors do not have to worry about incomplete records or missing reports, as our well trained back office would have filled in the gaps, if any. The other ease-of- use feature is that all file types relevant to reports can be uploaded, so the specialist can view the report directly, instead of going through redirecting links.

The final report creation is automated, so the opinion of the medical expert is final, keeping in line with our ethics and values of transparency.
