The Public Safety Library (PS Library) app provides public safety communications users access to the Public Safety Library, a central repository of public safety reference material including field operating guides (FOGs), statewide communications interoperability plans (SCIPs), tactical interoperable communications plans (TICPs), and more. With the PS Library app, you can browse titles, view abstracts, and download desired content to your mobile device, filling your own personalized Bookshelf with the latest references.

My Bookshelf allows you to view your downloaded references in grid (shelf) or list format, create favorites, add comments and provide feedback. As updates to My Bookshelf documents become available, you will be notified and can choose which ones to update. You can sort available references by Title, Type, Area or Format. To help navigate through the library, you can also perform search and paging functions to quickly find desired references. Note that some titles may be protected and require a pass code to access. Authorized users can obtain pass codes from a designated Document Librarian.

The Public Safety Library system is an offering of the Office of Emergency Communications – Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (OEC-ICTAP).
