The summary pocket is a storage subscription where you can store 3 boxes and clean up your room for 990 yen. A wide variety of plans will provide the perfect storage for you!

▷How to use

STEP1 Box order
First, order a special box from the service site or app! We have 6 types of boxes with different management methods such as with/without shooting, and with different shapes and sizes.

STEP2 Collection
When the special box arrives, please pack the items you want to check in and request collection from your smartphone or PC.
You can freely set the location where you want to come to pick up the box. We can pick up your parcel anywhere in the country, such as your parents' home, hotel at your travel destination, golf course, etc.
You can also call the "Nearest Sagawa Express Office" or bring your luggage to the nearest Sagawa Express store!

STEP3 Take out
You can take out your checked luggage from one point at any time with a simple operation on your smartphone or PC! Even if you need it urgently, the package will be delivered to you as soon as the next day.
You can freely set the delivery address when taking out. You can also use it to deliver your luggage from home to your business trip destination or relative's house.

*If the deposit is not confirmed even after 30 days have passed since the box was ordered, the same amount as the monthly storage fee will be charged for the box.
*Monthly storage fee will not be incurred until the box is deposited.
*This service has a minimum storage period. An early retrieval option fee will be charged for the retrieval of boxes from the month of receipt to the end of the following month.
*This service is limited to those living in Japan.
