In this post, I am going to show you how to install Simple Network Tools on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Simple Network Tools using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. [FUNCTIONS]

1. Executes the network commands
- ping / dig / traceroute / whois / netstat(localhost only) / portscan
- the results of the command can be copied to the clipboard

2. Saves the command history / Copies the results and re-executes the command from the history
- the max number of history is 3(in Premium Mode, the limit will be removed)

3. Setting the network commands (Premium Mode only)
*() is the default value
- ping: the times to send ICMP echo(5), the timeout in second(10 s)
- traceroute: the max hops(64), the wait time for replying from each hops in second(1 s)
- portscan: the default target port, the timeout in milli second(1500 ms)
