If the player does not want to buy the building land that is his right, he must return it to the bank for sale to the highest bidder. All players are entitled to submit an offer, including those who refused the purchase.

If a player stops on a building that has been owned by another player (by means of the dice or because it is required by the OPPORTUNITIES or GENERAL FUNDS card), the owner of the building has the right to lease the land in accordance with the tariff set on the ownership card. Furthermore, if houses or hotels are built on the land, the rent can be collected higher than the land that has not yet been built. Land pawned to the bank has no right to lease rent and the card must be placed upside down.

Benefits for players:
It is an advantage for each player who owns one building complex (Borobudur). Because then he has the right to collect rent for the building that is 2x fold. Houses and hotels can only be built on a building complex. The advantage of setting up houses and hotels is that the owner can levy much more rent than the complex that is still empty.

Stop at OPPORTUNITIES or GENERAL FUNDS:
The player takes the top card, after obeying the instructions in it, the card is returned under itself. Only "Get Out of Prison" cards can be stored until they are used or sold to other players.
