In this post, I am going to show you how to install Etisalat C'Me (Phone) on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Voice calls & SMS will be charged as per your existing Prepay or Postpay tariff, for local and international calls. Note you can call any number when you make a voice call, it is not just C'Me to C'Me.
For video calls, when you register for C'Me, we automatically give you 60 minutes of free video calls, valid for one month! After this, C'Me video calls are charged at the same price as standard voice calls, i.e. 30 fils per minute on Postpay and 36 fils on Prepay.
There are no mobile data charges when you make a voice or video call when using in the UAE though all mobile data is chargeable when using abroad, so you just pay for the price of the call.
