Cantina Mexicana ... welcome to Mexico.
Colorful and lively is the Mexican cuisine and is one of the oldest and most varied of the world. Before the Spanish conquest in 1519, the Aztecs and Mayans lived mainly on deer and wild poultry: turkey, duck, deer, and deer, quail and pigeons. Also fish and seafood was plentiful, just as tropical fruits such as guavas and papayas and vegetables, especially tomatoes and beans. Chili peppers (which were already cultivated 9,000 years ago in the valley of Mexico) and avocados were also used.
