It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

1) Choose the delivery

Enter your zip code to find out which stores deliver to your address or select your city to see all affiliated establishments.

2) Choose to store and view products

Browse and choose the establishments of interest. View products and place your order over the Internet on sites that allow this facility. The delivery fee is calculated automatically by the system.

3) Review the application

Check out the chosen products, address and select the form of payment. Update your phone, so if the establishment need to contact you. Click on "Checkout".

4) Now just wait!

The request is automatically forwarded to the hotel. You will receive an email confirming that your request will be granted. Just wait to get your product or withdraw it at the address informed by the establishment.

Important Notes

    To carry out your request you can choose to register and login to the system or fill out a simple form without the need to login.
    For your safety and convenience establishments may only receive requests if they are connected to the ordering system at the exact moment that your order is being performed, that is, if the establishment is "online".
    If the Internet connection establishment dropped or if the store does not open on a particular day or time, the system does not allow your application to be realized. This saves you from having to worry about whether your request is actually received by the store at the time.
