Step By Step Guide To Install USACE Baltimore using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The first known Corps project in the Baltimore region was the building of Fort McHenry, built in 1799 on a small island in the Baltimore harbor at the time of the Quasi-War with France. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, provides design, engineering, construction, environmental and real estate expertise to a variety of important projects and customers. This support spans across Maryland; northern Virginia; Washington, D.C.; West Virginia; Pennsylvania; Delaware; lower central New York; overseas; and across the Susquehanna, Potomac and Chesapeake Bay watersheds. The Baltimore District Civil Works’ missions include: Navigation, Flood Damage Reduction, Water Supply, Environmental Stewardship and Recreation.
