You can customize the recipe using several inputs like salt, hydration, duration, temperature, and oil. Pizzapp will calculate automatically the recipes. The formula is the result of personal experience and a hobbyists study of more people and you can change it accordingly with your experiment results.

If you do not want a pizza for pizza oven to try to make a pizza pan, even with your home oven. Enter the number of your guests and the weight of a single serving and get the recipe for a pizza in a pan with no long rising dough.
