**WHY CHOOSE US**

1. MOST AFFORDABLE

• MyClaimApp professionals charge a flat 15% fee of the gross recovery. MyClaimApp's effective & efficient process allows for fees significantly below what competitors charge, benefiting our clients so they keep the majority of the proceeds.

2. THE TEAM - Not Just one Public Adjuster, but a TEAM.

YOUR TEAM:

(i) Loss Consultant: Upon submitting your claim, an experienced Loss Consultant will visit the property and evaluate the property damage. The evaluation is completely FREE/NO OBLIGATION.

(ii) Public Adjuster: A licensed Public Adjuster will verify the information collected by the loss consultant and report the insurance claim. Your Public Adjuster will ensure that the insurance company recognizes and appropriately processes your property damage claim through settlement.

(iii) Claims Representative: A Claims Representative will be assigned to your file as your primary contact person. He/she will keep you informed and updated throughout the entire claim process. Your Claim Representative will be available to answer questions, provide updates and provide documentation throughout the process.

(iv) Engineer: If the insurance carrier contests coverage, an Engineer may be utilized to determine the cause of loss in order to ensure that the carrier is operating in good faith. Engineers work with the attorneys to establish coverage under the policy when applicable.

(v) Attorney: If the insurance carrier seeks to contest coverage, an Attorney will be assigned to the file to evaluate the language of the insurance policy in order to determine whether the carrier is acting in good faith. If coverage exists under the policy, the Attorney will prepare a writing articulating the areas of coverage and will work together with the Engineer to present the information to the carrier.

(vi) General Contractors: General Contractors will be assigned to your insurance claim when necessary to resolve scope and pricing disputes with the insurance company. Homeowners should not rely on the damage estimates prepared by the insurance company's employees and agents. Often, insurance company employees/agents prepare damage estimates that are biased in favor of the insurance company, their employer. This is an unfair practice that must be monitored closely. A competing estimate from an experienced estimator is necessary in order to ensure that all damages suffered are being considered.

(vii) Mitigation Team: All property insurance policies require owners to protect their property from additional damage following a loss. Such protection often requires the retention of professional water extraction, tarping, mold assessment and mold remediation service providers. Your Loss Consultant will assess your need for mitigation services and will refer the appropriate mitigators to your loss in order to ensure compliance with policy conditions.

• The insurance company will have a team acting in their best interests, PROPERTY OWNERS NEED A TEAM ON THEIR SIDE PROTECTING THEIR INTERESTS AND NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S.
