In this post, I am going to show you how to install Alberta Wildlife Watch on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Alberta Wildlife Watch using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Welcome to Alberta Wildlife Watch! The Government of Alberta is pleased to introduce this tool for its staff and highway maintenance contractors (assigned Organization ID code required; not intended for the general public) to share wildlife observations across Alberta. This tool will improve the accuracy of animal-vehicle collision reporting and ultimately help us to better understand the factors leading to motor vehicle-wildlife collisions. The Alberta Wildlife Watch application provides a more efficient means of reporting, gathers real-time province-wide information into a single database, and performs simple analyses of motor vehicle-wildlife collisions. These features allow the Government of Alberta to identify motor vehicle-wildlife collision prone locations and respond with solutions in a timely manner. The wildlife information you provide through Alberta Wildlife Watch will be used by the Government of Alberta to directly improve the safety of both motorists and wildlife across the province. We encourage you to report your wildlife observations (both carcasses and live animals) and share your photos on Alberta Wildlife Watch.
