Hazrat Baba Fareed Masood ud Din Ganj Shakkar R.A is one of the most peculiar Sufis (Mystics) of Silsila Aaaliyah Chishtiya at Pakpattan Shareef. He was the disciple of Hazrat Khwaja Qutb ud Din Bakhtiaar Kaaki R.A at India. He was so much annihilated in his Murshad Paak that he didn't see anyone except his beloved.

He was born in Pakpattan Sharif Pakistan and afterwards moved to India for Mujahidas and Rohani Trainings under the mystical guidance of his Murshad Paak Hazrat Qutb ud Din Bakhtiar Kaki R.A who was in turn the disciple of the greatest Sufi Mystic Hazrat Khwaja Moeen Ud Din Chishti Ajmairi R.A.

After completing his training from his Sheikh, Hazrat Baba Fareed RA was then ordered to move towards Pakpattan Shareef for the flourishment of Silsila Aaliya Chishtiya....All through his life he guided the masses with his mystical teachings and Sufiana ******i Kalaam in Poetic Genre "Shalok" which enlightened the hundreds of thousands of hearts of people.

He was died in Pakpattan Shareef and His Mazaar e Aqdas is also situated there which is daily visited by thousands of people for the fulfillment of there quest.
