How to play Tic Tac Toe - XO game:

Objective:
The objective of Tic Tac Toe is to be the first player to create a line of three of your symbols either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally within the 3x3 grid.

Game Setup:
Grid: The game is played on a 3x3 grid, forming a total of nine squares.
Symbols: Players are typically assigned a symbol, like 'X' or 'O'.

Game play:
Turn-Based Play: Players take turns placing their symbols ('X' or 'O') on the grid. One player is 'X', and the other is 'O'.
Symbol Placement: On your turn, place your symbol in an empty square within the grid.

Rules:
