(1) 웹사이트 http://www.suwonvol.com와 APP을 이용하여 회원가입을 합니다.
(2) 사용자는 WEB과 APP을 모두 사용할 수 있습니다.
(3) 관리자가 설정한 그룹정책에 따라 구성원들과 정보교환 및 커뮤니티를 하실 수 있습니다.
