This app was born out of necessity. Since I had gastric bypass surgery in July 2017, I've tried a lot of ways to make sure I get as many nutrients as I need. The best way I've personally found is to eat for three minutes, then take a break for two minutes, and repeat this until I can't eat any more.

There was an excellent iPhone app that did this, but no such app exists (that I could find) for Android, so I made one. This app changes the background color, plays a short sound effect, and vibrates, depending on whether it's time to eat or take a break.

At this time, this app is hardcoded to three minutes of eating and two minutes of waiting. At some point, I'll probably update it for user set timer values, but for now, the values are set based on my personal experiences.
