In this post, I am going to show you how to install Thingam on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Thingam using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Thingam" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Like Facebook members can post updates and attach videos, photos, comments, follow friends, build a network and comment on others member’s postings. Like Twitter members get instant updates of postings throughout the site. Like Instagram and Youtube any photo or video made public are accessible to anyone on Thingam. But Thingam is pack with some of its own unique features.
Thingam Features
FEEDS/UPDATES - Thingam gives members the option to sort through updates by the most recent updates( any update posted on site that is made public) or view the updates of just the members that you are following. Each photo or video posted in an update must be given a name and assigned to a category that best fits the description, making the photo or video instantly searchable.
PHOTO & VIDEO - Thingam has a Photo and Video Page which allows members to view any photo or video that has been uploaded to Thingam and made public. Unlike other social media apps were members must go to another member’s page to look at any photo or video uploaded by that member or scroll through days if not weeks of update’s to find a video or photo post. With Thingam you can go to the Photo or Video page and have access to all photos and video’s made public on Thingam. You can search Photos and Videos by Category, description or popularity/ rating. While Thingam does allow you to upload videos and photos to the site, Thingam encourages users to use the convenient add link video to stream videos from YouTube, Dailymotion, and Vimeo.
PRIVACY - All information is private and never sold or shared. Unlike other social media apps which uses all information gathered about you to for marketing. Thingam only ask for your name, date of birth (to vierfy age), and gender.
USERS - Members follow each other (there is no friend request).
EVENTS – Members can create an event for anything or search for any event by title or category.
GROUPS – Members can create groups or search for groups by title or category.
FORUMS – Comment or create forums on subjects that interest you.
