For example, there are techniques about what you can do during an impulse, but also about how you can get a grip on your fatigue in the long term.

Arthur opts for a total approach and also responds to your lifestyle, your environment and your broad environment: you will find many tips on how you can talk about your illness with your partner, colleagues and children, where you can find resources and how you can check your illness with your employer.

Your physical exercise is automatically monitored via the step counter of your smartphone. To further support you, Arthur sends motivational push notifications. This way you can live a healthy life and you will feel better in your skin, so that your medication will get better. Moreover, you can follow up on your medication and regularly provide an overview of your complaints to your rheumatologist thanks to the handy questionnaires.
