Locating technology is used, so the user doesn't have to know their location. The user is able to pre-define a short contact list. In the event of an emergency, they can select their situation from a list of predefined options and send this information, along with their location, to all the selected contacts. By default, all contacts are selected.There is only ten available slots for contacts, so the user would only enter people whom they'd want to be notified in the event of an emergency.
