The conference is a gathering of world-renowned statesmen, scholars and businessmen from across the globe to address the most pressing issues of our time. This year, global leaders such as the former U.S. president George W. Bush, the former prime minister of Japan Hatoyama Yukio, and the former prime minister of East Germany Lothar de Maizière will be participating in the conference to discuss the possiblilty of unification of the Korean Peninsula and co-prosperity in Northeast Asia.
