Despite the fact that the Ukrainian radio audience addressed the broad range of state, municipal and private radio and network stations that offer thousands of hours of entertainment or information content, students are still prevented from receiving radio non-partisan, non-profit balanced news and analysis of current events.

"Public Radio" (GH) is a source of audio information, filing which is independent of the government, narrowly political or business interests exclusively. GH not only objective informant, but non-partisan forum for debate.

GR willingly gives journalists who want to work for ethical standards of their profession, the ability to avoid pressure from the government, politicians or the market. The project also provides public and initiative groups, creative associations, individual actors and artists a chance to make their socially important ideas to an audience of GH.

The objective is to present GH live such a point of view on events in the country and the world that would be deprived of gross bugs unilateralism, sensationalism, incompetence, and would not contain hidden advertising. GR has as its goal the creation of a high quality and balanced picture of events rather than meet the changing tastes of owners or political primitivism analysis in favor of less demanding, but commercially attractive, audience.
