Step By Step Guide To Install Nursing Calculators using BlueStacks

ml/hr to mcg/kg/min:
You have received a patient from another hospital on a dopamine(can be any drug) drip except no information was given about it. The bag is labeled with the concentration of 800 mg in 500ml of D5W. The IV pump is infusing at 53 ml/hr and the patient weighs 70kg. How much dopamine is this patient receiving?

mcg/kg/min to ml/hr:
If you want to start dopamine(can be any drug) to a patient 20mcg/kg/min, what you have is 200mg dopamine diluted in 50ml.

Drops/min:
For example you have 500ml NS. it must be infused over a period of 4hours, This feature will tell you the number of drops/minute to be set. (you have to set the default drop factor of your infusion set)

Potassium correction:
This feature helps you to find out the amount of potassium chloride to be infused to correct the potassium deficiency. As per patient's urine output/ doctor's order you can select full/ half correction.

ABG Interpreter:
This will help you to check whether ABG is normal or there is any kind of acidosis or alkalosis.
