Every time an ambulance, fire engine or police car driving for an emergency and in order to provide help for people in need, they risk other's lives by potential accidents due to their speed. Most of these accidents happen when the cyclists, motorists, pedestrians, or joggers, are listening to loud music on their earphone/headphones at the time that the alarm vehicles are passing by.
Having BlueAlert app on your iPhone, Apple watch, iPad, Android phones and Android wearables, makes you feel safe when you are on your bike, by reducing the volume of the music and starting to warn you about possible dangerous situations, including Police cars, ambulances and firefighters behind your bike.
Although BlueAlert is intended to be used only on bikes, it is also functional when you test it with diferrent Sirens and Alarms worldwide. Open your Youtube, Play a siren or ambulance alarm, and test if your BlueAlert detects the alarm and starts vibrating and flashing!
Free lifetime upgrade:
BlueAlert is a Lifetime app! Once you buy BlueAlert, you will have a Lifetime Free upgrade on your App and it's upgrades. BlueAlert can already be used in 180 countries worldwide, and we are adding the rest of countries soon and if your country is still not in the main list, please write to your local Blue Alert support center.
Smart Repair:
BlueAlert is developed to detect mostly all alarms worldwide, however not all countries are having the same alarm and siren sounds. The local police and ambulances in some cities and countries may also change their alarms once in a while. What if some Alarms are not detected in your app?
BlueAlert is a new generation of smart applications. Smart Repair option in your App settings lets you add the missing sirens and alarms to your app. If you are biking and the alarm is heard behind your bike, but the app did not detect it, press "Missing detection" in your app. After a few times, those alarms will be added to your detection algorithm. You have also "False alarm" option in your app settings where you can report false alarms, and it will repair the app after some times you report a sound as False.
False notifications happens normally in the first days you are using the app in your city. It is very normal as the app needs to get used to your environmental sounds and background noises.
Remember, BlueAlert is intended to be used for Cyclists, when biking outdoors in the streets, in highways and public places, while using their earphones. In this case, the earphone's microphone is being used by BlueAlert sound detection technology to detect any possible alarms and other dangerous situations for them. BlueAlert is not intended for using indoors or inside the cars. (However it is working perfectly indóors)! So if you are using your app indoor, or inside a car, or without attaching the earphone, you may get more missing or false alarms.
Power usage:
BlueAlert is using very low energy in your phone. In case you forgot to stop the app, it is not a big deal! However, using the app for about 1 to 2 hours a day does not use any battery in your phone!
Online Registration:
BlueAlert is an offline app that does not use your Internet data. It only uses your Headphone or Earphone's microphone to detect the dangerous situations and Alarms in your area.
