In this post, I am going to show you how to install MyGraine - the migraine diary on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install MyGraine - the migraine diary using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. - Date and Time: Select when the migraine began and how long it lasted
- Severity and Location: Which part of the head did the migraine affect? How painful was it?
- Medication: Select which medication(s) you took before and during the migraine
- Triggers: Select from a list of common triggers, e.g. increase in physical activity or big decrease in alcohol intake
- Location and Weather: MyGraine automatically determines the weather at your location and adds it to each entry

All this information can be used at consultations with your doctor, helping you and your doctor to
1. identify causes and potential triggers for migraine events
2. assess and monitor different approaches to dealing with your migraines
3. plan the most effective regime of treatment for your personal circumstances

Privacy: This application sends no information about your answers to any server, except for location information received from the phone, which is sent to a web service in order to determine the current weather at that location. All other results are calculated directly on the device. The visualisations generated by the app are based on information provided by the user.
