In this post, I am going to show you how to install TLC Verify on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install TLC Verify using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "TLC Verify" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

TLC Verify monitors daily updates to the TLC database and verifies your status each time you open the app.


In Settings you can choose to be notified daily when the TLC database is updated, notified if you drop out of the database, and notified 30 days before your TLC number expires. These utilize the Notifications feature of your phone or device.


You can also verify the TLC status of your vehicle if you wish.


After purchasing the app you simply key in your TLC number and verify that it’s correct. That’s it. Each time you open the app you see the most recent time stamp verifying your status. You can optionally change the TLC Verify settings to automatically send you phone notifications of updates, status changes, and approaching expirations.


Drivers – Buy the TLC Verify app for $2.99 and verify your status daily with additional alerts for approaching expirations and vehicle status.


Owners – Buy the TLC Verify desktop owner version for $295. Key in your drivers’ and vehicles’ ID numbers once and receive daily verification.


The New York TLC updates its database of vehicles and drivers once daily. After each update TLC Verify compares your information to the fresh TLC data to verify the current status.


This service expires 12 months after purchase or whenever the TLC terminates data availability on its current terms, whichever comes first.
