BANDITO BOB'S STORY
Bob's morning is normally uneventful, he arrives at work, puts on his overalls and begins making his rounds through the various departments at the one of many buildings he oversees. Bob is head custodian at one of the largest and most prestigious art and history museums in the world and he loves his job.
Bob loves being able to view and take in the many pieces of art and historical items that line the various halls at the museum and over the years has grown to care for everything as if it is his own.
Not too long ago however, Bob noticed something strange as he was taking his lunch break. In one of the warehouses, lined with boxes of items that were to be shipped off to other museums or galleries for showings, some of the addresses on the boxes seemed odd and not quite correct. Bob over the years has gotten quite astute as to where items come and go from, but in this case the addresses were for a number of buildings downtown that he had never seen before.
Initially, Bob thought that maybe some of the higher-end buildings were doing showings for people within their lobbies and that the museum was just branching out to new areas he didn't give it too much thought. However, when this continued and items never seem to come back he became more suspicious.
Bob decided to do a little investigation and went to a couple of the buildings on the address slips and found that they were not showing any artwork or rare artifacts at all, but were instead high-end condo complexes. This really got Bob thinking so he decided to further see if he could find out what was going on.
In the following weeks Bob was able to determine that close to a 100 items had disappeared from the museum and had never returned. While trying to determine what happened he caught a break again while eating lunch in one of the warehouses he had been looking through. Bob overheard his boss on the phone talking to someone about a delivery of an artifact to another address and telling the person on the other end not to worry that the shipments are untraceable.
Something clicked in Bob at this moment now realizing that his boss Big Tom was behind the stealing of precious artwork and artifacts in the museum and selling them off to very high-end collectors throughout the city.
With this, Bob decided to get the items back. While this in itself would be stealing he felt it was his duty to return the items he loved so dearly to the museum.
Unable to let anyone know he is doing this or to be identified, an alter ego would be necessary and so "Bandito Bob" was born. With what he feels is the only way he can help since he has no concrete proof against Big Tom, Bob now Bandito Bob sets out to visit each of the addresses he was able to collect, find the stolen items and return them to the museum without anyone knowing.
