“My Documents” is a new level of public service, where special attention is paid not only to ensuring the accessibility and comfort of the offices of multifunctional centers, but also to the quality of the provided state and municipal services.
The centers and offices of public services "My Documents" greatly simplify the receipt of public services:

* increase the speed of service of citizens through an electronic queue system and pre-recording
* enable citizens to simultaneously receive several interconnected services
* raise awareness of citizens and legal entities about the procedure, methods and conditions for obtaining services
* provide services for senior citizens, people with disabilities and other citizens in difficult life situations

Today, the My Documents centers and offices in the Novosibirsk Region provide more than 300 types of services. In the mobile application, you can get acquainted with the list of services provided on the basis of our centers and offices, as well as with the order of their receipt.

All state and municipal services provided in our centers and offices are provided free of charge. The applicant in the prescribed manner only pays the state fee, if it is provided for by current legislation.

Today in the Novosibirsk region there are 44 centers “My Documents”, 56 offices in small settlements (TOSP), 13 windows of services for business entities (MFC for business) and 8 mobile offices that go free to preferential categories of citizens who are not able to visit centers independently public services, as well as provide services for paid departure of specialists.

One of the important activities of the My Documents centers in the Novosibirsk Region is the provision of state and municipal services and consultations for entrepreneurs and the creation of specialized MFC for businesses focused on working with small and medium-sized businesses.
