Four turtles, trained in the art of ninja, live in the collector. They are brought up by the wise mentor Splinter. For fifteen years, the main characters live underground, hiding from people.

When the Mutant's Day comes, Splinter tells the mentee the story of their appearance. Splinter was once a man named Hamato. Once he bought four tiny turtles at a pet store, but did not manage to carry them home, since he met the criminals. Because of the fight, a mysterious liquid was stored, which was kept by the attackers. It was she who provoked the mutation: Hamato turned into a rat, and the turtles reached a huge size.

And fifteen years later, the four friends come to the surface. Ninja turtles are well armed to repel criminals! Leo (Leonardo) fights diamond katanas. Raph (Raphael) uses two small sharp trident-shaped daggers. Mickey (Michelangelo) prefers comfortable nunchuck, and Donnie (Donatello) fights with Bo's staff.
